During the Summer months if we go through a dry period then we highly recommend you raise the height of your lawn mower, the grass length should not be any less than 1"1/2-2".
The longer the length then it retains the moisture in the blade of grass.
Reduce the number of times you cut the lawn from once every 7 days to 10-14 days.
As the weather gets warmer and drier growth slows down reducing the need to mow.
As an insurance always water the lawn a couple of times a week if possible.
Moisture is a natural nutrient.
